آموزش کارآفرینی در محیط چند رسته ای: شواهدی از برنامه کارآفرینی در تورین
چکیده
آموزش کارآفرینی می تواند مهارت و انگیزۀ کارآفرینیِ دانشجویان را افزایش داده و بعلاوه فعالیتهای کارآفرینی رشد اقتصادی را نیز تحریک می کنند. بنابراین تعداد دوره های آن در حال افزایش است اما اغلب آنها به دانشجویانی از یک حوزه تحصیلی خاص و یا فقط یک سطح آموزشی ارائه می شوند؛ حتی اگر مقولۀ چند رشته ای در کارآفرینی مهم باشد. این مطالعه به منظور کشف و توصیف یک برنامه کارآفرینی در یک محیط چند رشته ای در آزمایشگاهِ آلودگی تورین انجام شده است. علاوه بر این، بررسی های پیش و پس آزمون به منظور برخی تجزیه و تحلیل های کیفی در نظر گرفته شده اند. نتایج بدست آمده اهمیت ایجاد تیم هایی با مهارت های مختلف، مهارتهای شناختی و تصمیم گیری نشان می دهد. علاوه بر این، توضیح می دهیم که چگونه تفکر طراحی در آموزش کارآفرینی مفید است و یک دوره کارآفرینی مبتنی بر چالش به همکاری با عوامل خارجی در اکوسیستم کارآفرینیِ محلی منجر می شود. همچنین چگونگی بهبودِ موانع و فرصتهای این برنامه ها ارائه شده است. به علاوه براساس همین مطالعات، تجزیه و تحلیل کیفی ما نشان می دهد که درک کلی دانشجویان از توانایی هایشان در تیم چند رشتهه ای میتواند مهارتها و اهداف کارآفرینی را نسبتآ افزایش دهد. بطور خلاصه، این کار با هدف افزایش اهمیت آموزش کارآفرینی در یک محیط چند رشته ای و استفاده از مدلهای آموزشی عمل گرا صورت گرفته است.

Entrepreneurship Education in a Multidisciplinary Environment: Evidence from an Entrepreneurship Programme Held in Turin
Abstract: Entrepreneurship education can increase student’s entrepreneurial skills and intention; and entrepreneurship activities stimulate economic growth. Therefore, the number of entrepreneurship courses is increasing, but they are often offered to students from a specific field of study and/or to only one educational level, even though multidisciplinarity is important for entrepreneurship. This study has carried out an exploratory single case study on an entrepreneurial programme in a multidisciplinary environment, that is, the Contamination Lab of Turin (CLabTo). Moreover, pre- and post-surveys have also been conducted in order to perform some qualitative analyses. The results show the importance of creating teams with different competencies, cognitive and decision-making skills. Moreover, we explain how design-thinking is useful in entrepreneurship education and that a challenge-based entrepreneurship course leads to cooperation with external actors in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. It is also explained what the obstacles and opportunities of these programmes are and how to improve them. Moreover, on the basis of pre- and post-surveys, our qualitative analyses show that the students’ overall perception of their abilities to work in a multidisciplinary team, their entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intentions increased slightly. In short, this work is aimed at increasing the importance of entrepreneurship education in a multidisciplinary environment and the use of practical-oriented teaching models.
