- حسابداری جامع بانکی(دفترکل و خلاصه عملکرد شعب و شرکتها)
- گزارشات: مدیریتی/ مراجع ذیصلاح/ کشف تقلب/ ضدپولشویی و ….
- مدیریت ارائه خدمات بانکی برای کانالهای غیرحضوری از جمله انواع کارتهای بانکی، اینترنتی، همراه بانک ، تلفنبانک و…

Development and supply of tools and providing infrastructural services within the field of IT including Core Banking and E-Banking for banks and route development for rendering extensive e-payment services throughout the country are among the most important missions of this Company.
The Centralized Banking System , in brief, includes the following subsystems:
- Staff and Line Banking Services ( Deposits, Facilities, Foreign Currency , Services and etc)
- Integrated Banking Accounting (Ledger and Performance Summary of the Branches and Companies)
- Reports: Managerial, Concerned Authorities, Fraud Detection, Anti Money Laundry and etc.
- Management of Rendering Banking Services for Distance Channels such as various types of Banking Cards, Interne banking, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking and etc.
- Banking Switches and Inter-banking Switches ( SATNA, PAYA, CHAKAVAK ( Cheque related Affairs) and etc).
Considering the extensive range of projects, services and deliverable products to Banks in the field of centralized banking and thereby the fact that the Company is project-based , the project control specialists of Pardazan Company have an important duty in terms of managing the projects. As per the instruction of senior management, the project control specialists are present in the technical teams under the title of project supervisors for better performance of the project management affairs and so to be informed of the details of how the task is performed besides to the executive manager of the projects and to serve their duty for improving the progress of the projects both in terms of timing and quality
