رقابت، ابتکار و نظام ملی نوآوری (NIS) که آن ها را به یکدیگر مرتبط می سازد، تغییر شکل یافته و این گزینه ها به طور مداوم در جامعه پساصنعتی تغییر می کنند. این مقاله منشا و تغییرات این سیستم ها و همچنین مدل های اصلی آن ها را بررسی می کند.
دولت مدرن نه تنها به رقابت اقتصاد ملی خود یارانه اختصاص می دهد، بلکه این رقابت در درجه اول به محیط بنیادین نوآورانه ، به اصطلاح “محیط نوآوری” و نظام نوآوری ملی، که سیستم را با هم مرتبط می کند، بستگی دارد.
این موضوع در سطح ملی برای توسعه نوآوری ضروری است، به طوری که سیاستگذاران اقتصادی یک سیستم منسجم برای توسعه گردشگری ایجاد کرده اند.
دیگر ابزارها برای توسعه اکوتوریسم در منطقه ما فراتر از حمایت مالی است و در این راستا اقدامات دولت نیز می تواند تحقق یابد. مطالعه سیستم های همکاری اقتصادی و خوشه ها با پیشرفت های نوآوری، مدل اقتصادی، ایتالیا را به عنوان یکی از موفق ترین نمونه ها در اروپای مدرن نشان می دهد.
مطالعه در مورد خوشه های اکوتوریسم و تحقیقات ادراکی در شبکه محیط “داخلی شوموگی” پایه ای برای توسعه یک مدل خوشه زیست محیطی است که در پارک های ملی مجارستان و مناطق حفاظت شده طبیعت قابل استفاده است.
CLUSTERS AND INNOVATION IN ECOTOURISM DEVELOPMENT

Competitiveness, innovation and the national innovation system (NIS) which connects them, have been transformed and are continually changing in our post- industrial society. This essay investigates the origin and the changes of such systems as well as their main models.
The modern state does not only subsidize the competitiveness of its own na- tional economy, as its competitiveness firstly depends on the underlying innovative environment, the so-called ‘innovation milieu’ and the national innovation system, which binds the system together.
At a national level it is indispensable for the development of innovation, that the economic policymakers build up a coherent system for promoting tourism.
Other tools exist for the development of ecotourism in our region beyond finan- cial sponsoring and these state measures can also be realized. A study of economic co-operation systems and clusters together with innovation progress shows the Ital- ian economic model as one of the most successful in modern Europe.
The research on ecotourism clusters and a perceptional research in ‘Belső- Somogy’ Ecologic Network are the basis for developing an ecotourism cluster mod- el which is applicable in the Hungarian National Parks and Nature Reserve Areas
